Carlos Correa And The Sweetest Sounding Double

I saw this first on Astros County today and man what a great video by Evan Drellich over at the Houston Chronicle caught at the backfields of Osceola County Stadium.

Good buddy David G. Temple picked it up at NotGraphs and I have to agree with his assessment that it is just absolutely perfect. It's so perfect in fact that I've made it into a notification sound on my phone. I'll have more on that up at The Crawfish Boxes tomorrow morning.

I'll be making my annual trip to Kissimmee, Florida, soon to see the Astros play and visit the backfields and this year I've decided to capture some of the sounds of Spring Training and make a soundscape. It'll probably end up being a post at TCB, but I'll also be sure to add it here.

And We Are Live!

Boom!

That's it Timothy De Block dot com is now live and ready for the world to see. Over the next few weeks, months and years I plan to flesh out this site with everything me. I know that sounds vain but I think it's time for me to step out into the real world and one learn how to run my own site and two to share all the awesome things I do and see.

I plan to share with you: tips and tricks from my technology background; media content I've created and found on the web; and my thoughts on the great sport of baseball. I'm really excited about some of the things I plan to share and hope you'll join me on this journey of discovery and wonder.

I've got the about section filled out so definitely check that out to learn a little more about me. If you have any suggestions on content you'd like to see leave it in the comment section.
