I am blogging everyday (or nearly everyday) on The Daily Stoic.

We must do our duty. Even when it’s the tough choice. I’ve got a tough choice right now. I was told somethign at work that has really demotivated me. It’s made me rethink my work and the company I’m at. I went for a walk to try and clear the head for lunch. It helped a little. The emotion and thoughts are still there though. That’s partially why I’m doing my daily stoic now. To try and level set and get some of my thoughts out on paper.
