Indifference is power because wanting allows the other side to hold power over me. It’s something I’ve really worked on in the last year. I wonder though how much indifference I should really have because I feel it makes me lack a purpose. With purpose there is desire and ambition. It’s something I’ve struggled with. One thing I am finding is allowing things to come to me. Opportunities for this or that instead of wanting something. I’ve wanted plenty of times in the past only to never receive. In fact I’ve probably gotten what I wanted very little in life.
