Tuesday - Where Philosophy Begins

Inner reflection is something I do a lot. I’m always trying to get the best out of myself. That unfortunately can lead to too much thought. Analysis paralysis and other emotions start to plague my thoughts. That leads me to do things that want the brain to shut off. Still, I’ve made progress and plan to continue to make progress.

Yesterday - Accurate Self-Assessment

This is a powerful stoic. Like a lot of stoicism it talks about having a middle ground. Where I’ve probably assessed my capabilities. Often I can think too much or too little of my capabilities. It’s that middle ground that I need to be.

Today - (Dis)Inteegration

Focusing on what I can control has been freeing and relaxing for me. It’s also saved me stress and I expect some time on my life. I can flip to the mob though and that can be a dangerous thing.
