Your power as a human is to reason and make choices. When times are tough you have a choice. You can let the tough times beat you down or find opportunity in that situation. I’ve started challenging my guys at work more. Okay there’s a challenge in front of you. What are the options around that choice? An obstacle or struggle is an opportunity for creativity. We can take the easy way out or look for further insight in those challenges.
